‘Please be advised that the advertised rates represent our standard or base rate for accommodation. These rates are subject to change without prior notice, primarily due to seasonal demand, occupancy levels, and other market factors, meaning rates may fluctuate based on current conditions. As a result, you may experience adjustments of up to 35% above or below the standard rate. During peak seasons or special events, rates may be at the higher end of this range, while off-peak periods may see reductions accordingly.
We recommend confirming current rates at the time of booking, as they are subject to change and may vary from the advertised price.

Prices include GST. Standard rates are based on two-person occupancy.

Booking Policy

  • All reservations must be paid for on arrival, no refunds are given for a shortened stay.
  • Check in time is strictly 2.00pm unless previously negotiated.
  • Check out time is strictly 10am unless previously negotiated.
  • If your arrival time is going to be later than 6.00pm then please advise park management.
  • If unable to arrive on your due date please let the park know or your booking will lapse at 10.00am the following day.
  • No bookings will be taken more than twelve months in advance.
  • A surcharge will be applied to one-night bookings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits and payments on bookings that are cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival, will be eligible for a refund or credit (credits are site specific and are non-transferable to other YPCHP sites).

Where a cancellation is submitted with less than 21 days’ notice before arrival, no refund of the deposits or payment made will be given.

A credit to the guest account may be issued for cancelled bookings made up to 48 hours from arrival to site. The credit must be redeemed through a booking and completed stay within 12 months of issue, or it will expire.

Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of arrival date or early departures are Non-Refundable, Non-transferable, No Credits will be offered.
All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee.
(This is deducted from the total transaction paid upon booking)

All Caravan Park Refund Customer Request (SF372) forms must be forwarded to the Caravan Park Manager(s) who will confirm and authorise the request prior to sending the request to Council for consideration.

Booking refunds will only be paid through the Yorke Peninsula Council by Electronic Funds Transfer.
(Refund payments cannot be made direct from the caravan park)

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process
